Mentoring advocate, international public speaker, mentor and mentee, he works as Chief Learning Officer and Agile Coach for the MATHEMA Software GmbH company in Germany. But when the night comes, and his small family is put to bed, he prefers to plot the transformation of the people around him into mythical beings, unicorn developers.

As a long time mentee, I can appreciate how important and life changing it is to have a guide beside you on your life journey. As a long time mentor, I have grown while trying to help others and I try to give back as much as my mentors gave or are giving me. As a mentoring advocate, I try to promote mentoring as a tool for communities and companies interested in the growth of their members.

Chief Learning Officer
Learning is a personal journey, but it doesn't have to be a lonely task. My job as a Chief Learning Officer (CLO) is to make sure none of my colleagues accidentally walk unaccompanied on their learning journey.
People have different tastes. There is no one-size-fits-all solution to growing as a person. As a CLO, I supervise the creation of a "tools buffet" that my colleagues can use to enrich their own journey.
